-Who will deliver the ordered products?
The ordered products are delivered all over the country by fast couriers.
-When is the order processed?
Orders registered on the site are processed every day from Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 17.00.
Orders received between Friday 17:00 until Monday 08:00, as well as legal holidays will be checked and sent after this interval.
-When is the order sent?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 1:00 pm will be sent by courier on the same day. Orders placed from Monday to Friday after 1pm will be sent by courier on the next business day.
-Delivery timetables?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location:
24h - 48h for clients located in urban areas
48h - 72h for clients from rural areas
You will be notified by phone or sms exactly when the parcel will be delivered.
-What happens if I am not at the address mentioned at the time the order is delivered?
In cases where you will not be found at the mentioned delivery address, within the agreed time interval, the courier will contact you to agree on the details of a new delivery. If the delivery will not be completed at the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and we will cancel the order.
-What happens if the estimated delivery date has passed and I have not received my order yet?

After completing the delivery of the order you will receive the tax invoice on the e-mail address or directly from the courier of the order.
-I received the damaged, unsealed package. What to do?
